What is the difference between Free, Indie and Studio? Free gets you started, Indie ($19/month) is made for one game heading for launch, and Studio ($49/month) is for teams with more on the go. What do I get on the Free plan? Your own game with 5 rivals, 8 weeks of radar, a weekly briefing and every free tool. No card, no time limit. How can I pay? Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay renew by themselves. Local ways to pay and crypto cover a month or a year ahead, and crypto saves 15%. Do I save when I pay with crypto? Yes. Crypto payments get 15% off every plan, monthly or yearly, shown before you pay. Will my plan renew automatically? Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay renew until you cancel. Local ways to pay and crypto cover a month or a year ahead, and we remind you before it ends. How do I upgrade or switch plans? Pick a plan on the billing page. On a prepaid plan your remaining time converts to the new plan. Where do I find my receipts and payment history? We email a confirmation for every payment, and every payment is listed on your billing page. Can I get a refund? Yes. Your first payment for a plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. How do I cancel or downgrade my plan? Prepaid plans simply end. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay plans can be cancelled on the billing page and keep running until the period ends. What happens to my games and rivals when my plan ends? Nothing is deleted. Games and rivals above the Free limits are paused and come back as soon as you upgrade. I got a launch gift email. How do I use it? Open the link in the email. The gift waits on your billing page and takes 50% off your first payment on any plan. How does "Give a month, get a month" work? Share your invite link. When a friend starts their first paid plan, you each get 30 days free. My payment did not go through. What now? Your plan stays as it was when a payment fails. Try again from the billing page, with another card or another way to pay. I paid, but my plan has not changed. What should I do? Most payments apply right away. Bank and crypto payments can take a little while to confirm. Check Payments on the billing page. Something went wrong with my crypto payment. What now? Pay the exact amount on the network shown before the checkout runs out. If you paid too little, too late or on the wrong network, write to us with the payment details. Are prices in euros or dollars, and is tax included? Card and wallet plans are in US dollars, local ways to pay in euros or your own currency. The price you see is the price you pay. How do I change how I pay, or stop my plan renewing? Prepaid plans can be extended with any prepaid way to pay. To stop a renewing plan, cancel it and pick another way once it ends. Can I get an invoice with my company name or VAT number? Every payment comes with a confirmation email and is listed on your billing page. For an invoice with company details, contact us with the payment. My friend signed up through my link, but I did not get my free month. Why? The reward arrives when your friend makes their first payment, and only for new accounts made through your link.
