Quick fixes when something does not look right.
Why am I not getting your emails?
Check that your email is confirmed, look in spam, and make sure your briefing and alerts are switched on.
Why are my Discord or Slack alerts not arriving?
Send a test from Notifications, check the channel is still connected, and make sure your alerts have Discord / Slack ticked.
Why does my radar look empty far ahead?
Few games set dates that far out yet. Weeks further ahead fill up as other games announce their launch.
The rival I want is not suggested. What can I do?
Add it yourself: paste its Steam link or app ID on the Rivals page. Any game on Steam can be a rival.
Why are your numbers different from what Steam shows?
Steam shows numbers in different ways in different places, ours refresh on a daily rhythm, and some figures are clearly marked estimates.
Why can't I add my game, or why are its details wrong?
The game must be visible on the Steam store and be a game, not a demo or DLC. Details come from Steam and refresh daily.
The security check box does not load or keeps failing. What can I do?
Reload the page, allow the check in your ad or privacy blocker, pause your VPN for a moment, or try another browser.
