Yes. The first payment for each plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, monthly or yearly.
To ask for one, contact us from the email on your account and tell us:
- the email address of your LaunchRivals account
- the date and amount of the payment (your history is on the billing page)
- a short reason, if you like. It helps us improve, but does not change whether you qualify.
The money goes back the way you paid. After a refund your account moves to Free, and your data is kept.
We always refund if you were charged twice or the wrong amount. Crypto refunds are made in the dollar amount you paid.
