Every payment gets a confirmation email with the plan, period and amount, and your full history is under Payments on the billing page. PayPal orders also come with a receipt from our online reseller.
Need an invoice with your company name, address or VAT number for your books? Contact us from the email on your account and include:
- the date and amount of the payment
- your company name and address
- your VAT or tax number, if you have one
Card, PayPal, wallet and local payments also come with an invoice from our online reseller, with any VAT on it. For crypto payments we charge no VAT as a small business under German law (§ 19 UStG), so there is nothing to reverse-charge.
Tip: if your company pays, consider a shared work address for your account, so receipts land where your bookkeeper finds them. You can change your email any time.
