I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Click "Forgot it?" on the sign-in page and we email you a link to choose a new password. Can I sign in with Google? Yes. Sign up or sign in with Google in one click, and connect or disconnect Google in your account settings. Can I sign in with Steam? Yes. Sign up or sign in with Steam in one click, and link or unlink Steam on your account settings. How do I turn on two-step verification? Under Settings, Security, scan the code with an authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code it shows. I lost my phone. How do I get into my account? Enter one of your recovery codes instead of the 6-digit code when you sign in, then set up your new phone. How do I change or confirm my email address? Change it in Settings and click the link we send to confirm it. Alerts, briefings, upgrades and invites need a confirmed email. How do I delete my account? Go to Settings, Delete account, type DELETE to confirm and your account and its data are removed right away. I can't sign in. What should I check? Use the email you signed up with, reset your password if needed, finish the security check and enter the newest code from your authenticator app. My email confirmation link has expired or does not work. What now? Get a fresh link with "Send it again" in Settings, then click the link in the newest email from us. Sign in with Steam is not working. How do I fix it? Start again from our sign-in page and finish on Steam's page without a long pause. The message you see tells you what went wrong. I have two accounts, one with email and one with Steam. What can I do? Pick the account to keep, delete the other one, then link Steam to the one you kept. Talk to us first if the other one has a paid plan. Why was I signed out? Leave "Keep me signed in on this device" ticked and keep cookies allowed. Clearing cookies or closing a private window signs you out. How do I change or set my password? Open Settings, enter your current password and the new one twice, then click Change password. Steam-only accounts can set one there too. My account says it is suspended. Why, and what can I do? We suspend accounts that break our terms or acceptable use policy. If you think it is a mistake, contact us from the email on your account.
