Why am I not getting your emails?

Check that your email is confirmed, look in spam, and make sure your briefing and alerts are switched on.

Most of the time it is one of these:

  1. Your email is not confirmed yet. Alerts and briefings need a confirmed address. Look in Settings and click Send it again if needed.
  2. The email went to spam. Check your spam or junk folder and mark us as safe.
  3. You turned that email off. Under Notifications, Emails you turned off lists anything you stopped. Click Turn back on.
  4. Your briefing is set to Never, or your alert rules are switched off. Check the Alerts page.
  5. Your rivals were quiet. No news, no email: we never send an empty briefing.

On a team, alerts and briefings for team games go to the team owner.
