Yes. On Indie and Studio you can upload your wishlist report by hand instead.
- In Steamworks, open your game's Wishlists report.
- Pick the full date range and download the file.
- Open Wishlists and upload the file as it is.
Newer files simply update the days you already have, so you can upload again whenever you like. You can delete imported wishlist data on the same page.
Tip: skip the files altogether. Connect Steamworks once and your wishlists, sales and countries update by themselves every hour.
