Connect Steamworks once and your real sales and wishlists show up right next to your rivals, kept up to date every hour. It comes with Indie and Studio and takes about two minutes.
- In Steamworks, open Users & Permissions, then Manage Groups.
- Create a group of the type Financial API Group. Name it LaunchRivals, for example.
- Open the group and copy the key shown there.
- Paste it under Steamworks in your settings and connect.
Your history loads by itself, sales and wishlists back to day one. The settings page shows how far it has got.
What you get: every sale, refund and key activation by day, country, platform and discount, your wishlists by country, and your rivals estimated using your own numbers.
Tip: use a group just for LaunchRivals, so you can remove it in Steamworks any time without touching anything else.
