As little as we need to run LaunchRivals for you:
- Your account: your email, and your password kept scrambled so nobody can read it. With Steam: your public SteamID, Steam name, avatar and profile link. Never your Steam password.
- What you set up: your games, rivals, alert rules, briefing settings and connected Discord or Slack channels.
- Your numbers, if you add them: wishlist files and your Steamworks sales and wishlists. Only you and your team see them.
- Billing: your plan, payments and what the payment provider tells us, such as the card type and its last four digits. Never your full card number.
- Security records: sign-ins and how the account is used, to keep it safe and prevent fraud.
- Support requests: what you write to us and our replies. Some replies are written with the help of an AI assistant; anything about money, your account or your privacy goes to a person, and you can always ask for one.
We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising. Our website analytics counts visits without your name or email, and you can switch it off any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
